    When Kevyn and Bingo started dating, SYK happened to be one of their first dinner nights out in the Santa Ynez Valley. While ordering a Negroni, Kevyn quickly realized during dinner that she was Bingo’s girlfriend—not because he asked, but because he casually mentioned it to the waiter.

    A neighborhood restaurant focusing on clean ingredient and specialized cocktails. Guests can expect to find everything from local produce to globally inspired main courses. The cocktail program is equally impressive, featuring signature drinks that pay homage to the classics while introducing bold new flavors.

    Bingo and Alberto Battaglini worked together at a neighboring restaurant SY Kitchen. This is where Bingo found his love for craft cocktails. Find us at the bar taste testing drinks with Alberto till the wee hours of the night.

    If you are wanting to play rancher for the weekend, go get a spot at the Longhorn and have a cup of drip coffee. A staple in the early days of Bingo and Kevyn dating.

    As Solvang’s first and only ramen shop, they blend Japanese tradition with the agricultural richness of the Santa Ynez Valley. Chefs Francisco and Erica, a husband-and-wife team with fine-dining roots in Napa and Sonoma, create each bowl with care, seasonality, and a deep love for the community they call home.

    Kevyn works most days they are open so Bingo has accepted on Sundays this is most likely where we will end up after a long day at Murphy’s Flower Farm. Most likely covered in dirt.

    Welcome to OstrichLand USA, home to over 150 giant birds! Think of them as a farm, a ranch, a zoo, or even a prehistoric park. They are a fun and unique experience located in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara County, CA, just a half-mile off Highway 101. OstrichLand is the 32-acre home to more than 80 ostriches and 70 emus. You can find the farm between the quaint Danish village of Solvang and the fun and outdoorsy town of Buellton.

    Hilariously terrifying yet exciting, everyone that attends this wedding must go feed a prehistoric bird. Because WHY NOT.

Owned by previous general managers of local favorite restaurants Bar Le Cote in Los Olivos and Bell’s in Los Alamos, we aim to create the kind of place that people are delighted to discover and excited to become regulars at.
